A MB e a Ford (Fusion) pelo menos correram atrás.
Parabéns para MB mostrando respeito ao consumidor.
Se não deu ainda para a C-class W204, podem ter certeza que a W205 passará com folga pois o projeto já deve prever o small overlap

Mercedes Classe C 2013 modificado submetido a novo small overlap crash test.
Melhorou de Poor para Marginal
Ainda teve graves problemas na zona dos pés com intrusão no habitáculo.
Dessa vez o airbag lateral/cortina funcionou de forma correta.
The dummy's position in relation to the door frame, steering wheel, and instrument panel after the crash test, together with the footwell intrusion, indicates that the driver's survival space wasn't maintained well.
In both tests, intrusion into the driver footwell was extensive and contributed to a high risk of injury to the left lower leg and at least a significant risk to the right lower leg. Also in both tests, the dummy's right foot was trapped by intruding structure and the brake pedal as the left front wheel was forced rearward and inward during the crash.
In the second test, the frontal and side curtain airbags worked well together to keep the head from coming close to any stiff structure or outside objects that could cause injury.
Já a M-class recebeu nota máxima no Small Overlap.
A MB também fez algumas modificações para passar no teste.
The Mercedes M class was redesigned for the 2012 model year. Beginning with 2014 models built after August 2013, reinforcements were added to the door sills to improve occupant protection in small overlap frontal crashes (note: information about when a specific vehicle was manufactured is on the certification label typically affixed to the car on or near the driver door). The tested vehicle was built after the door sills were strengthened.
Structure
The driver space was maintained reasonably well, with maximum intrusion of the lower interior of 18 cm at the footrest, and the instrument panel intruded 9 cm.
Restraints and dummy kinematics
The dummy’s movement was well controlled. The dummy’s head loaded the frontal airbag, which stayed in front of the dummy until rebound. The side curtain airbag deployed and had sufficient forward coverage to protect the head from contact with side structure and outside objects.
Injury measures
Measures from the dummy indicate that injuries to the left lower leg would be possible in a crash of this severity. The risk of significant injuries to other body regions is low
